It's a two step process. You interview first with the HR lady. Very nice. She has you take a few assessment tests. They have to make sure you can type, can hear on the phone, etc. Then, if you pass all of that, you interview with the managers. The interviews I had were nice. The managers asked me about my experience, weighed my qualifications. He was pointed in his questions, but I felt he was fair. He made expectations clear, which was helpful in starting the position.
