Application
I applied online. I interviewed at World Economic Forum (Geneva)
Interview
The first round was a quick screen with HR on the phone. The second round was a bunch of role playing questions with two members of the industry team around imagining future scenarios for the industry and trying to pitch senior executives to join WEF. I withdrew my application after the interview due to low morale of the interviewers (they couldn't answer my questions about what they liked most about working at WEF or career paths).

Question 1
What is the value proposition for a company joining the WEF?
I submitted the job application online and received an interview invitation 1 month later. I had to prepare a 10 minutes presentation to introduce myself and explain my suitability for the role.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at World Economic Forum in Sept 2016
Interview
Several interviews by Skype - with HR, with a colleague, and with a superior. All of the ask the same questions - I've got the impression that the didn't really understand what to talk about.
Beware that it all really depends on the team with which you have the interview - they can easily turn you down after several interviews based only on a hunch, not on your actual CV or experience.
