The practical task is not that difficult, mainly involves examples of tasks that you will have during your actual work there

Interview
technical assessment with one-way virtual interview, panel interview then offer. Panel interview was with 4 people. Mostly competency based interview. end to end process takes about 9-10 months. from panel interview to final offer, I had to wait about 3 months to hear the result.
