The panel asked a question about motivation for the role, followed by three technical questions that were linked to competencies
I was invited for an online written assessment, and after two months was invited for a panel interview, during the interview they said they would provide the outcome to all the interviewed candidates in two weeks. Never heard from them and it's now 4 months since the interview, even though I have sent multiple follow-up email to the HR personnel that invited me for the interview.
Applied the position and after 4wks, got interview invitation. It was 1hr long interview and competency based questions. HR team asked teamwork experiences and programme team officer asked technical questions.
