The interview wasn't very long and had fairly easy questions to answer. The manager conducting the interview was very friendly and made the interview flow and not make it so nerve-wracking.

What was a situation where the customer was upset over something and demanded to speak to the manager, and how did you deal with it?

I was taken to the back and the interview began. The questions were very generic. There was no questions that caught me off guard which was nice. The interview was about 40 minutes long which I thought was shocking but I was nervous at first and the manager made me feel comfortable.

Interview
The interview process was easy and simple. Managers were extremely friendly and kind. They asked very basic questions that were targeted towards your availability and you’re role at the store.
Schedueling conflict. When I showed up the person who was supposed to interview me was not there and someone else had to take over. They seemed unprepared to do conduct an interview.
