Very frustrating interview process overall. I had an initial enjoyable phone screen interview with a member of the team, and was shortly moved to a panel interview with a couple more members of the core communications team. After the panel interview, I received a writing exercise that I had 24 hours to complete--and from there, finding out whether I got the internship or not. I love what WRI stands for and the work that the team accomplishes together, but the communication is sorely lacking. Prepare to sit and wait unemployed while a "decision" is being made, and hope that the process won't take a full month and a week long like it did for me.
