I then had to take a writing test on a topic related to the position.During the phone interview, my interviewer started by telling me more about the position then asked me the following (not necessarily in this order): why are you applying? why are you interested in this position? What is your working syle (e.g., prefer to work alone, in group, minimal supervision, etc.); tell me about your experiences relevant to the position; tell me about what you are doing now; where do you see yourself in the future?
