World Wide Medical Services interview questions

I only had one interview with the supervisor. It was a personal free-flowing interview 38th basic job description being explained as customer service. He advised me that there will be a background check administered. He also took the initiative to tell me that the job entails getting mainly Medicare patients interested in ordering DME from the company and in turn getting the doctors offices of the patient to approve of the items that the patients request so that the DME could be approved by Medicare.
