I had a phone call first with the CEO then like a week later I had an in person interview with the team of 5 for 30 minutes each. The questions asked were fairly Then after like a month or so I was given the position. how do you prioritize

Phone interview with the CEO and then on-site interview with Project Managers and other Associates. Interviews lasted 2 hours and everyone was pretty nice. There was a focus on my resume and potential culture fit.
