Very friendly. They tell you about what they do and how you can help. They ask how can you contribute? And most importantly they ask, why should they choose you? Be ready to tell them why you're really want to be interning with them.

Skype interview -- basic interview questions Very basic interview-- what are you strengths and weaknesses, why would you be a good fit at WorldChicago etc. It was great interview practice. Would recommend for a first time intern.
