I had the opportunity to meet with multiple team members and ask as many questions as I wanted to. Everyone was very kind and I had positive conversations overall. It took a while to get each interview scheduled (I had to follow-up with HR quite a bit). In general, a good experience.

Why did you apply to this role/what are you looking for in your next role?
They had me interview for a position that had already been filled, sent me to the wrong department, and never communicated with me any updates regarding the job. The same position opened up less than a year later which leads me to believe the person they hired didn't last. Perhaps it was a toxic work environment?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WorldStrides (Tacoma, WA) in June 2025
Interview
I had three rounds of interviews. All three interviewers were very open, friendly and honest, and were able to answer my questionis about the open position. I was also referred by a current employee.
