Apply online and fill out the form, then invited for interview where you give a presentation on the case study they've provided with you beforehand. There's two parts to the interview - one is a 1:1 where you talk to you about your motivations to do the scheme and some competency based questions. Then you go in front of a different two people to do a whole bunch more competency based questions.
