Three Interviews: 1st - Phone interview (pretty standard) 2nd - In-person interview with take home assignment due 24 hours later 3rd - Presentation to group (had to pretend interviewers were a company and had to pitch Wpromote to their company) It was a really cool interview process. After I was offered the job, I really felt like I had earned the position and had done well. You have to prove yourself. It's a really great experience!
