I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wrap in July 2016
Interview
Great communication through the process
Nice office
Full bar
Members of QA team are incompetent in interviewing process. 2 of them brought their laptops into the interview without a purpose. During the entire interview they both stared at their laptops for no reason and kept giggling for entire 45minutes. Clearly they were chatting and had no respect nor the interest in me. Very unprofessional attitude
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Wrap (San Francisco, CA) in June 2016
Interview
The recruiter stood me up at our specified time for our first call. We had a good call after he rescheduled. He asked that I come in that same week, which I did. I met three people. One suggested we were moving forward in the process, which never happened. Rude to mislead.

Question 1
Would you use the same marketing techniques for customers as you would for businesses?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Wrap in June 2016
Interview
I had phone screen and then was given a technical test. I completed the time on time and submitted the code. It was 3 days worth of effort.
After couple of follow ups I got email back saying that they are moving with other candidate.
Here is where they are VERY unprofessional. It's not about the offer or rejection. If you ask a candidate to do a test and if he completes, invests 3 days of time then he deserves a proper feedback . For a technical test there should be a technical feedback. A standard email reply is not good.
Please be professional when you interview people. Do not waste other people's time.
