I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Stoke-on-Trent, England) in July 2015
Interview
A very pleasant and swift experience but soon becomes apparent they are selling the business as being this great place but it soon becomes clear of the downsides. Dont be bamboozled by the money if your a family person that will be highly affected.

about why they think youd be suitable for the role
I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Question 1
What skills I had that are directly transferrable to the role.
Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
