Just conversation in a small room one to one then type a sample apology letter to see if you can type then they did not even have the courtesy to let me know that I did not get the job - terrible company
Fairly easy, basic questions. Two interviewers, calm and conversational, informal, few example questions and little bit about knowing yourself. Interview was at the head office so be prepared to travel.

Submitted my CV via an online jobs website and was called by HR for an in-person interview at the head office. I was interviewed by two people, one asked the questions and the other noted my answers. The questions were the usual customer service interview type questions.

Excellent, informative. Buildings beautiful. Staff seemed really friendly and helpful. Positive buzz about the place. The whole process was very professional and they were eager to answer any questions. Job offer was quick . Highly impressed with the while process.
