I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Gloucester, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
There was a phone interview, after registering and applying on the wren careers website, and a formal interview in a showroom with a unit manager. I got referred by an existing employee so my interview process was shorter.

I interviewed at Wren Kitchens (Basingstoke, England)
Interview
Very informal and casual. The interviewer was down to earth. No questions that aimed to catch you out. Seemed to value personality and potential for learning and growth rather than just experience alone.

Really good, transparent and they emphasize on their training programme which is good. Seems like a nice environment to be a part of. Looking forward to how it proceeds, fingers crossed.
