First interview online went perfectly fine, got an immediate answer back via email saying they loved me and wanted to move forward with the second interview - however would be postpone due to covid restrictions. 6 months of waiting and them calling/emailing me to keep me interested - drove to the head office for a lecture that was basically the job description (unnecessary) and an online test which they could have just sent online (Rather than turning it into a 6 month wait) The office was beautiful and the second 1-2-1 interview went so well. I hasn't heard anything for over a week so emailed them to ask for interview feedback only to get a non-direct rejection. After a few emails, I was then has told that I failed the test (easiest test I have ever done) so naturally I asked for the transcript and answers; I sent multiple emails back and fourth asking for this jut to get "still waiting for the transcript" and I still have not heard anything and now do not get any replies to emails! Walking through the office I could not see any diversity in terms of skin-colour and gender and it was obvious that this wasn't a place I would ever fit in as a coloured female trying to get into the tech industry. Such a waste of time and effort
