Wren Kitchens Sales/Designer interview questions

Basic, one on one interview with store manager within the store on the shop floor. Basic questions, I ended up interviewing them about the business and what it offers. There seems to be little structure to the interview process or there was at that time. There now seems to be a 2 tier interview process with the store itself and then area management or HR.
