I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Wrike (San Diego, CA) in June 2017
Interview
I sent a message via LinkedIn to the job poster and was able to schedule a phone call with him. I was expecting it to be a screen-interview; however, the recruiter mostly talked about the company and why he likes working there. He didn't ask much about my qualifications, etc. Then a week later, another recruiter from the same company sent me a message to have another interview, but it turned out that she had made a mistake and that I was not on the list of people to call back.
Overall, it was a weird experience because it reminded me of a startup I've once worked for where people were just unorganized and did not communicate well with their team members.

Question 1
How to deliver value to customers? How to run success plans
Was invited for an interview, however the recruiter wasn’t interested in an interview whatsoever. Finished in 5 minutes although it was stated it should take about 30-45 mins. They didn’t even turn their camera on.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself and what is customer success to you
All I got to do was schedule a recruiter call, but the recruiter never showed up and did not answer my email when I followed up. The recruiter last minute rescheduled the timeframe, I confirmed the new time frame and then was a no show. It would be one thing if they apologized and answered my email, but nothing at all. This company seems to be doing bad fiscally, so I think I think it was net positive for me.
