Writopia Lab interview questions

Two rounds, first with local manager then HQ leadership. Described background working with kids and publishing history. They asked questions and I answered questions. It was on Zoom. It was average difficulty.

The interview process was fine and pretty straightforward. They want to know how you'll be able to connect with kids and also manage the administrative stuff. It was a quick interview and they were interested in finding out how I felt about creative writing teaching practices and what kinds of learning environments I had experience in.
