Excel test followed by a fairly standard interview with usual competency questions and a few HR ones including what do you know about safeguarding and equality. Said they would get back to me within around a week - it’s been two months and still haven’t heard anything even after I followed up by email. A ‘sorry no’ email would have been sufficient instead of leaving someone anxiously waiting!
