The interview process was dragged out over 1.5 months and 4 interviews before I was ghosted by HR. In my third interview, the interviewer was 20 minutes late to a 30 minute interview and then asked to reschedule to the next day. After being patient for over a month I received no answers from HR regarding the decision for this position. I am disappointed in WT's communication and interview process for potential hires.

J'ai d'abord été contacté par la RH pour un entretien d'une 30 minutes pour évaluer si j'étais un bon fit pour le rôle. Puis j'ai eu un second entretien avec les directeurs de comptes, qui a duré près d'une heure, échange très intéressant mais l'un deux n'avait pas l'air très concerné par l'entretien. Je n'ai pas décroché lé poste.
