Interview
The interview was initially a phone interview with a recruiter. A second interview was scheduled at that time. Standard questions for the field. Nothing too hard. In person interview was with a hiring manager and the team leader. Again, nothing too hard. Basic questions about handing of situations with clients, ethics, boundaries, ect. One interviewer was very friendly and smiled a lot the other, the manager didn't smile much and gave the impression of a 'good cop-bad cop' scenario. The recruiter was great. She was friendly and personable over the phone. Be aware, they do an extensive background check and it seems to me, they want information that is not germane to the position including a credit report. To me, you have no need to have that information.
