It was a group interview with approximately 20-30 other women. It was very intimidating because every one watched as each person spoke to the people in charge. It was a competition of who could come up with the best thing to say, which is hard with so many people.

The first interview was a Group interview with about 20 people asked us to stand up introduce ourselves and what we where applying for and what experience we had and after they choose about 5 people to stay and continue the second interview
