The initial interview was a smaller group setting that is just a presentation of yourself, I did pretty well and dressed the part. I received a call after two hours to attend an interview a few days later. There were way more people but same thing. A few of us were pulled to the side for up-close interviews and I was offered a position on the spot.

When you walk into the hiring center you will check in at the front desk. Make sure to arrive more than 15 minutes ahead of time, because it is a group interview and a lot of people will be checking in. The interviewer called us all into a room promptly at the start time and about 60 people were lead into a room. We all sat down in chairs in a huge circle. One at a time the interviewers called our names and we had to stand up and tell everyone about ourselves and answer a random question. Try to make your answer creative and show your personality. Be friendly and well spoken. Try not to use slang. It's okay to be nervous!
