Got contacted and interviewed by a recruiter after checking my CV and Background was referred to a phone interview with the Vice president (my direct manager), a few days later a trip to Kuwait was arranged where I had one on one interviews with other directors, the VP, the Head of HR and the group's CEO (9 interviews all in all) . A few days later, an offer was sent.
