X1 Sales & Lettings interview questions

Made to feel at ease during the interview process by two members of the team. They were very friendly and seemed like good fun, I didn’t feel it was too formal which made me more natural and be myself.

I had a group interview and was lucky enough to get brought back for a 1 on 1 interview with the branch manager. I was then brought back again for a 1 on 1 with the Head of Operations. This showed me that the management have a real hand on approach. While questions about my professional background were asked I feel the interviews were more of a test to see how confident and comfortable I would be speaking to people.
