Do yourself a favor and don't interview at this company. They require so much experience and even a degree and only offered 16.00 an hour then they wanted to put me on salary. They hired me without a drug screen. I was told to come in and just fill out paperwork. I mentioned the drug screen because I saw it in the ad. She said that they forgot to do the drug screen and she has to send me on one but that they already offered me the job and they can't take it back. She said she would like it done right away but never said it was required immediately. I went to do the drug screen and waited an hour. I wasn't feeling well and I had my 3 year old son with me. I got frustrated, even called and asked if I could do it later. She said there was no one to ask since everyone left at 3:30 so I said I would come back. I was going to go first thing in the morning then I get a call from her stating because I didn't do it yesterday, it is an instant nonhire. I am the one who mentioned the drug screen! I'm glad I didn't get the job though. Very unprofessional and unorganized. They missed out on me not the other way around.
