The overall process went pretty well. The interview was easy. The problem was discovered when the recruiting team promised to be honest and direct.Towards the end they inform that the decision hasn’t been made yet, as there was no internal feedback (few check in messages during a few weeks) on which candidate they choose. I believe that open communication is the key. At least be honest until the end and reach back to notify candidates that you picked someone else. There is nothing wrong with this. It’s called respect and good manners.
