Poor management at the location, process took 2 days.
Included one aptitude test, then a case study and questions on it.
Then one HR round an a technical round at the end.
Basically hey are hiring any one with a degree at the moment as training is given for every process.
3 round process was there in the campus
1st- Aptitude test of one hour
2nd- case study of one hour
3- Interview process depending on the mood of interviewer
After selection, they ask to sign bond for 2 years
Assessment test then there will be written test then a verbal test and finally an hr interview (what what is the ctc ma'am I have you been to the Lecture ma'am I have you been to the )
