Basics of finance, job description related questions, favourite subject and why
First there was a online written test to check the grammar skills. Later an interview with one of the managers in the company. Interview was purely based on resume, past experience, communication skills and basic domain questions about knowledge of the Mortgage Industry. Interview is irrelevant to the team you get selected into once you are hired.

It was easy and smooth. There were 2 rounds one was subjective questions and other was HR round and the process took 2 months to get selected for the process
