I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at XOi Technologies in Oct 2025
Interview
I met with one of their recruiters, then I met with the hiring manager for a second-round. Pretty straight-forward process, and I was told I'd hear back in about a week.
Two weeks after the second-round, I decided to reach out and received a canned "going with someone else" reply.
Unfortunately, XOi is yet another company that will allow candidates to spend several hours interviewing for a role, but they are not courteous or professional enough to take 30 seconds to send a rejection email in a timely manner, but, rather, after I seek out this information myself.

Interview
Started with Initial screen call with in-house recruiter, followed by quick interview with the hiring manager, then a technical interview, and last round is an interview with the whole QA team.

Interview
It was very haphazard. First, their hiring manager called and told me how great this company is for an engineer. Then, when I inquired further, she admitted that they are using an old/outdated technology (React Native), and are not planning on switching anytime soon. Then, I had two more engineering interview rounds with their team, the last of which I had to spend two days preparing a technical assignment to present at the interview. After all this wasted time and effort, I never heard back from the hiring manager. I'm actually glad, because it saved me from working for a bad company as a mobile software engineer....
