Interview
I met the owner at an event. I met with him a few times and then was hired. I met him because I was working at a company and then I started talking to him and was interested in what his company was doing with social media. Then I worked for him and my husband became a client.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at XPND Interactive (Portland, OR) in July 2016
Interview
Responded to the job post with a professional resume, received an e-mail with a series of questions that I answered and e-mailed back. They called me and scheduled the interview with the VP. After the first interview I was called back to meet with the VP and the CEO and was subsequently offered a position. Very easy, they were friendly and it was one of the more pleasant experiences interviewing. I brought examples of my work to both interviews which they liked (on my laptop). I also asked them questions, which they responded well to.

Question 1
Several questions about experience, ability to write, long and short term goals, and how my previous experiences would help with the expectations of the job. My resume was a helpful guide and the team I interviewed with were sincere and seemed genuinely interested in me and how I would fit into the group.
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at XPND Interactive in May 2014
Interview
Simple interview with the VP and PM. and then one with the CEO. It's a very small company so you see the environment and everyone who works there when you walk in. Then it's a group interview with HR and the VP of social media. OVerall, it was a pretty relaxed interview with no stump questions. But, they did just read questions off of a page
