      I interviewed at XPO

      I applied online. 
      The process took 2 days. 

      Interview

      Got an email from the recruiter wanting to schedule a phone call, I was told the site manager wanted to meet asap. We picked a time for our initial call, then the recruiter emailed that a conflict came up and can we reschedule the call. I emailed back asking what was a better time and got no answer. I sent a follow up email the next day asking again about rescheduling and was ignored once again. Seems pretty unprofessional for your recruiter to ignore me after stating the need to reschedule because of a conflict on your end.
