I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at XPO (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2013
Interview
The process began with a really brief phone interview. Basic questions were asked which were mainly centered on why you see yourself as a successful salesman. At the end of the conversation an in person interview is arranged. The in person interview was a group interview. As long as you read up on the company and provide some details in your answers it wasn't too difficult.
