I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at XPO (South Jordan, UT) in Feb 2015
Interview
phone call screening interview, plus two in person interviews, final phone interview. It was a standard interview process. Offer was extended after about two weeks, and everything went smoothly. No drug testing was required, but I did have to complete a personality quiz that was exhausting.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at XPO (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2017
Interview
Received a phone call from company HR recruiter and did a phone interview and in person interview that started very late. The place don't feel nice and looks cheap. It is like a warehouse with a bunch of people next to each other (no cubicles). Manager did not know about the interview and was busy looking/working at his computer In summary: No punctuality, no internal communication between HR and Branch about the interview and a strange environment. Compared to other interviews I have done this was a bad experience and i am glad it did not work.
