There was a personal interview with the call center manager, role-play of a call, and a typing test. The interview was very informative about the company and expectations for the position.

What experience do you feel has prepared you to take on this role?
It was not difficult at all, since it was an entry level position, all the staff that interviews you is very well mannered and cares about your interpersonal skills. if you say you are bilingual be prepared prove you are fluent i saw many people lose job offers because they did not know spanish when they said they did
