The interview is good, and I had great time with him. He gave me feedback immediately, and correct the code that I wrongly wrote. Some companies conduct in-person coding tests or whiteboard interviews as part of the interview process. In these interviews, candidates are asked to solve coding problems on a whiteboard or paper, often while explaining their thought process aloud.

"Just throw a LeetCode at him". Interviewer sat there in silence the whole time during the solution. Quite frustrating if you can't spot the solution / if you aren't a LeetCode grinder. Asked other questions about why looking to move etc.
