Xantatech interview questions

I got a call from Hr and Interview has been taken by Hr and Ceo itself. That was not a professional interview that I was expecting for. Few question related to my background and my previous work has been asked.

It was pitty, interview taken by an oversmart marketing person. and then he handed over my resume to director, who aws even able to talk in english and was only concern on low salary deal. at that time their were no HR, So salary negotiation was even done my director itself.
