Xapien (United Kingdom) interview questions

I want to get the most important thing of the bat, PLEASE DON'T WASTE TIME interviewing here. Xapien is a pure time waster and don't even bother to keep their word. Go where you are respected and are treated with respect. The first interview was a 40 minute HR first interview. The question were most around my past experience and few tech question areound fullstack feature development. The HR was very impressed with the answers and immediately said they would love to move forward with me. Right on the call they were asking me, for the next interview, would I be available in 2 days or 4 days and I said either works, just let me know. For next 1 week I didn't hear back from them at all. And then a generic rejection email which said "After careful consideration we've decided not to move forward with your application". No explanation, nothing. This made no sense after they promised to move me forward on the spot during the interview, only to reject with no explanation on why. I asked them if they could provide the reason for the rejection and what happened to "we would like to move you forward". They never replied. I took an hour off from my work for the interview and it was nothing but a complete waste of my time which I will never get back.

The interview was fairly quick, around thirty minutes or so, and covered a range of relatively interesting questions. They ask on my past projects, cultural fit within the team, personal interests, and other topics meant to get a sense of both my technical background and how I might fit with their work environment.
