Day 1 - external recruiter got in contact with me, he explained the role and a brief introduction about the company Day 3 - talent acquisition for Xcalar got in contact with me, she shared a lot of details, gave a deep understanding about the company. She shared so much love about it, and it get you really amused about the company. Day 4 - the sent an online code exercise from "HackRanck for Enterprise". The coding exercise was challenging but doable. Day 6 - talent acquisition got in touch with me charing the coding exercise feedback, she also shares a little more details about company roadmap Day 7 - single on-site coding interview, manager talk Day 14 - full on-site interview, talking with the manager, talking with vp of finance and CEO. Overall Xcalar looks very attracting, the company has a very strong VC deal, the roadmap is clear and doable, the company expect you to rock and they provide you all the supported needed. The CEO and VP of finance are very experienced, they have a track of success. The managers are hand-on, and the team looks laser focused!
