Xcentric interview questions

This interview process was relatively quick, took a total of about 4 weeks. Online aptitude test followed by a phone interview, lasting about 30 minutes or so and then an in person interview, lasting about an hour or so. A lot of what seem like puzzles but are in fact problem-solving, to see how one would solve the issues at hand.

Is was a phone interview that lasted a max of 30 mins. The interviewer goes through a set of questions starting off easy then getting a little tougher. Overall it's a pretty simple experience.
