During my process I had to do three interviews. The first of these was a brief call with Louis Windsor Senior from my department.
Then I had another call with Louis and Josie Upton (Compliance Operations Manager) and finally another interview with Odi Chira( Global Compliance Manager) and Sebastian Cortés (Global Compliance Operations Manager).

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Xe (Madrid) in July 2025
Interview
I was supposed to have a video interview but due to technical trouble, we did the interview over the phone. The hiring manager was very nice but unfortunately the interview didn't go far as they didn't sponsor visas for this position, and I would have needed that. I wish they had asked about the visa status during the job application, but happy to at least hear from them.
