Xebia came to our college for placements. We had a coding round before and some people were selected. Then we had a group discussion round followed by two technical rounds and an HR round. After the whole process around 10 people were selected and they informed us that there would be connect with the COO of the company through Skype. Some people were rejected in that round too. I had a positive experience.

Initially, one coding assessment which consisted of two questions of the easy-medium level following a technical interview and then a final HR interview. The HR round was short and crisp.
