Online screening interview and in person interview. They're fairly rude and dismissive the moment they lose interest in you as a candidate. I guess it's for the best since the honest reviews here are pretty bad.

I applied on the website, and got an e-mail in 2-3 days with "Dear applicant". no name mentioned. First red flag.
A time was decided and got email invite for screening round directly with the CEO. Next red flag.
On day of interview, either side's net was lagging. I told him I will re-login. I logged in and could see he is in the room, but did not join for the time left. As soon as the 30mins got over, he left the chat room.
Stay away. This company seems to be a one man show.
Even the salary offered on JD was $80-90k, which is at least $20-30k less than market average,
