I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Xelay Acumen in Apr 2019
Interview
I sent in an online application, which required a cover letter, English grammar, and reading tests. I received an Excel and presentation test in less than a week. The excel questions were interesting and fair, but they were vaguely stated with confusing wording. Don't try to ask for clarification, because they refuse to communicate with candidates. I've done several case interviews with other companies before, and most companies were willing to make sure candidates truly understand the problem they were asked to solve. But this company gives candidates an unfair test that you have to guess the real intention behind this. If you know excel skills well, the technical part is a piece of a cake. As for the powerpoint test, it is meaningless as other interview reviews said. You don't want to waste your time on this outdated formatting practice. Overall speaking, I personally think this interview was disrespectful to the candidate and how they treated candidates were not what those good reviews said about this company.

Interview
I have not interviewed yet, but I received a "Practical Assessment" where they ask you to answer business analysis questions using Excel and to recreate PowerPoint slides. This is the longest assessment I have ever done and it's a waste of time. I was already too deep in the stupid assessment not to finish it but do yourself a favor and skip on this company. Should have listened to other online reviews about this company

Question 1
Do a super long and ridiculous practical assessment

Interview
Interview process consisted of a few steps: an english test/initial application, a technical test, a video call interview, phone interviews with the team, and then an in-person interview. The person interviewing me at the 3rd step was very disengaged and did not really probe me or have a conversation with me. It was like they were just reading off a list of questions. By the end of it I lost interest in the position too.
It was okay. First two rounds were easy. Skype interview was great. Then it's onsite but i am not there yet. Their employees typically work 50-60 hr per week with fixed salary +bounes.
