Trial day require one full day of solving a real business problem. Interview stakeholders, ask for insights, do your own research and then come up what a hypothesis and execution plan
Culture fit interview, technical fit interview, work trial day at the office with a simulation of a real problem that xendit has or is facing. During the work trial, you will get to interact with a number of people from different departments to simulate real stakeholder engagement
The interview consisted of a trial where the applicant is asked to solve a specific problem. The trial was challenging but also gives the applicant the opportunity to know how it feels to work there
