I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xerium in Apr 2010
Interview
I interviewed in person with the laboratory manager. He explained what I would be doing but also told me about all the negative aspects of the job. Engineers at Weavexx begin working in the lab and are then promoted to other areas. I don't know about salary, but laboratory workers never get bonuses, I'm told; however, benefits are very good. The first interview (with the guy who would have been my direct manager) went very well. When I met his 2 bosses, a manager and a VP, the second interview went really bad. Needless to say, we got off to the wrong foot and I didn't get an offer. If anyone is considering working there, travel is a must for all engineers (up to 50%) I'm told.
