I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Xevo (Bellevue, WA) in June 2019
Interview
Phone Screening + OnSite Interview.
Phone Screening was easy and nothing more than general screening.
I had been invited into Bellevue office and had session with manager. Again just talks about past experience, screening and little bit of System Design.
After that 2 week of silence. I sent email to requiter about status and to my surprise they again invited me to on-site interview.
1. One session related to System Design.
2. Second session white board coding. Interviewer came to interview, open wikipedia and asked me to implement dynamic programming algorithm. Did it and interviewer confirmed he was good with that.
3. Last session - general conversation with some whiteboard coding. Dit it.
Never get any response back.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Xevo (Bellevue, WA) in Sept 2020
Interview
Had a couple of talks with the HR department to analyze what I was looking for and to know more about Xevo, after that had a couple of interviews with engineers. Once those were cleared up had a full interview loop with engineers, they were coding exercises and technical discussions about my job experience. After those were done was directed for another interview with the team that was the best fit.
Really enjoyed the interview process, was interesting and engaging, and it didn't feel stressful at all. It also was spaced to not have the full loop on a single day, which can be exhausting.
